Lake Toba Package Itinerary from Silangit 4 Days 3 Nights
Previously, the usual Lake Toba Tour Package started and ended at Kualanamu International Airport. This new program only uses Silangit Airport or a combination of both airports. Here is our itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Silangit – Balige – Parapat – Berastagi (L/D)
Initially, the Lake Toba Tour Package from Silangit was a new variation of the usual Lake Toba Tour Package. This program was introduced after the Sisingamangaraja XII Airport in Silangit began operating in March 2017.
After landing in Silangit, the group met with our tour guide, who would accompany them throughout the tour. From Silangit Airport, it took us 2.5 hours to arrive in Parapat.
After leaving Silangit Airport, the group visited the Sipinsur Forest Park. This is one of the geo sites in the Lake Toba area. From this location, with its cool pine forest, you can see the beauty of Lake Toba. From here, you can also see the beauty of Muara and Sibandang Island, the second largest island in Lake Toba.
Next, we headed to Huta Ginjang. This place offers views that are no less beautiful than other places such as Merek or Tomok Samosir. From the moment you arrive, visitors are immediately greeted by the panoramic view of Lake Toba that stretches out. At Huta Ginjang, you can also take pictures with the lake in the background. Apart from just enjoying the beauty of one location, you can also enjoy the view from a hang glider.
Day 2: Berastagi – Parapat – Samosir Island (B, L, D)
The first program of the day is breakfast and check-out from the hotel. The small group (FIT) will continue the Silangit tour package to Samosir Island via Sidikalang and Tele.
Secondly, the FIT will stop at the Tano Ponggol Bridge for a photo opportunity. Then, they will visit the Tele Observation Tower, Holbung Hill, Efrata Waterfall, Sibeabea Hill, and possibly Batu Hoda Beach. After that, they will check in to their hotel on Samosir Island.
Next, the large group (GIT) will depart from Berastagi Town by large bus to Parapat.
A photo stop will be made at Sipisopiso Waterfall to witness the beauty of Lake Toba from above, where a 120-meter waterfall flows into the lake.
The third stop is Simarjarunjung, located on the east side of the lake. A stop here is highly recommended to ensure you don't miss out on as many photos as possible.
The large group then crossed over to Samosir Island by rented motorboat and immediately checked into the hotel. The event continued with dinner and free programs.

Huta Siallagan was once the center of the Batak Toba government. It houses several traditional Batak Toba houses, a place of shackles, and a place of execution. You will usually be invited to dance the tortor dance (for groups).
